Edesia is the full forming of something I have been doing for friends & family for many years along side my work as both a professional cake decorator and in most recent years, as a nanny. My passion for baking started young, baking with my mum, grandma and aunties, like lots of us. When I started learning to decorate, I loved the artistic side of cake making. Two great loves combined- baking and art.  

For me what's on the inside is just as important as what's on the outside. So while designing and creating the cakes appearance especially for you, making sure it tastes amazing and fresh is paramount.
